Although we've reached our goal, any additional donations will go to help make
much needed repairs & renovations to our broadcast studio and music library.

If you chose to take a giveaway with your donation, you must come to the CKCU-FM office to pay your pledge and pick up your giveaway.
Weekday Office hours are between 10 am & 5 pm.

Invoices and tax receipts will be mailed out within 2 weeks of the conclusion of the drive.

There are a number of ways you can donate:

You can pay be cheque, Visa or MasterCard.
Dontations are tax deductible.

CKCU Radio Carleton is a Registered Charity.
Your donation is handled in accordance with Revenue Canada guidelines, and is spent on the programming that you love.

Tax Receipts:
CKCU issues receipts for income tax purposes for net donations of $5.00 or more. A net donation is the amount of money you donate minus the value of any Giveaways or shipping charges. Receipts are generated by computer, and are issued to the name on the Pledge Form. It is not possible for us to issue Tax Receipts in someone else's name.Receipts for most donations are issued the same day that your donation is received. The exception are donations by automatic debit.

When You pledge, this is how it all works:

You should have received a mail out about your pledge with a return envelope. Once we receive your payment a tax receipt will be issued.
If you give us a credit card number you will receive the tax receipt directly.
We will issue an income tax receipt for all 2002 contributions in January of 2003.
If you receive a giveaway from us, your tax receipt will be for the amount of your pledge less the value of the giveaway.
Giveaways must be picked up at CKCU offices.
Giveaways are non-returnable, and non-refundable. Likewise we offer no warranty of any sort on giveaways.
All information you give us is confidential. We will occasionally mail you Program Guides and other information, but we do not sell or loan our mailing list to other groups.
