CKCU-FM's Annual Funding Drive 2002 will take place from
October 25 to November 10
• CKCU relies on donors like you for nearly one third of our annual budget.
• CKCU is a Registered Charity funded by Donors like you, the students of Carleton University,
and by Program Sponsorships.
• CKCU is not part of Carleton University, and receives no funding from them.

are a number of ways you can donate:

Radio Carleton is a Registered Charity.
Your donation is handled in accordance with Revenue Canada guidelines,
and is spent on the programming that you love. Tax Receipts: CKCU issues receipts for income tax purposes for net donations of $5.00 or more. A net donation is the amount of money you donate minus the value of any Giveaways or shipping charges. Receipts are generated by computer, and are issued to the name on the Pledge Form. It is not possible for us to issue Tax Receipts in someone else's name. Receipts for most donations are issued the same day that your donation is received. The exception are donations by automatic debit |
If you've pledged, this is how it all works:
- Very
soon we will mail you a letter asking for payment and a return envelope.
Once we receive your payment a tax receipt will be issued.
- If
you give us a credit card number you will receive the tax receipt directly.
- We
will issue an income tax receipt for all 2002 contributions in January
of 2003.
- If
you receive a giveaway from us, your tax receipt will be for the amount
of your pledge less the value of the giveaway.
- Giveaways
are non-returnable, and non-refundable.
Likewise we offer no warranty of any sort on giveaways.
- All
information you give us is confidential. We will occasionally
mail you Program Guides and other information, but we do not sell or
loan our mailing list to other groups.
