CKCU 93.1 FM will be broadcasting two Carleton Ravens sporting events this fall! Commentating and play-by-play will be done by Courtney Trim and Alyson Duffy (Duff & Trim), both Carleton students and hosts of CKCU’s program “On The Sidelines” that currently airs weekly on Tuesday afternoons. The first broadcast will be the women’s hockey Home Opener on Friday October 13th from 7-10PM at the Icehouse, in which the Ravens will host the Université de Montréal Carabins. The second broadcast will be a women’s basketball game at the Raven’s Nest dubbed “Shoot for Cure”, which will see the Ravens hosting the U of Ottawa Gee Gees. on Tuesday November 14th 6-8PM.
